Detailed Description

Non Isolated, Step up (Boost) adjustable Smart Converter with In/Out Voltmeter. Uses a XL6009E Chip. Onboard switch for selecting Input or Output readout on Display and to set a Display Offset (Calibration) of Input & Output readings (SEE ONLINE DATA SHEET FOR INSTRUCTIONS).
Solder/Terminal strip In/Out.
Input: 3-32VDC
Output: 4-36VDC
Rated Current: 3A Max.
Display: 3Digit Red 3/8” LED
Resolution: +-0.1V
Notes: Momentary press changes Display from Input to Output
Hold switch ~2sec. to turn the meter off
Hold switch for >3seconds to enter Offset adjust
Input must exceed 4V for the Display to function
Output Voltage setting must be higher than Input
Input current increases as the In/Out Voltage difference
Increases.
Heatsink needed for input or output exceeding 10W

boost converter
The unit does as the data sheet states. It will convert input range from 4v>32v to output range 5v to 35v output. The output voltage can indeed be higher than the input voltage with out violating the laws of physics.

Awesome BOOST converter
This is a BOOST converter and it will easily output up to 40 Volts...

Looks like a nice little supply.
Anxious to get it wired up and working. Another review here is very misleading--it will NOT go up to 40 volts on a 9 v battery--the input voltage must be higher than the output voltage; you cannot defy the laws of physics.
 
DC-DC Convertor
This has been just amazing me with how it can volt up & down with just using a 9 volt battery it will go on up to 40 something volts. That is just amazing to me. This has been one of my better purchases & it was sent especially faster than anybody else from Ebay as of yet.
